Within Australia

Orders will normally be despatched within 2 Business Days of receipt of your order. We use Sendle or Australia Post, who communicate with you, with tracking information.

We offer free domestic shipping from Sydney, Australia.

Sometimes, though rarely, a charge may be incurred for a heavy order, or to a regional area within Australia that attracts a particularly high shipping fee. We will avoid charging this wherever and whenever possible and will alert you if this is necessary.

You may choose express post at your extra cost - this choice appears at checkout.

Please allow a normal transit time of 1-7 business days. Within Australia, if you require a speedier delivery time, please send us an email requesting a quote to contactus@templesandmarkets.com.au

All Delivery times given are estimates based on normal procedural actions.

We will deliver to the address specified by you when making the order. Title to and risk in the Product will pass to you upon delivery of the product to this place of delivery.

Sendle do not deliver to PO Boxes so in these cases Australia Post will be used.

 

Shipping to outside of Australia

We are happy to ship worldwide. If you are purchasing items to be delivered to a country other than Australia, additional shipping charges may apply. We use Sendle Courier Service for overseas orders. Sendle communicate with our customer as soon as the order has been fulfilled by us. We may opt to use Australia Post in some instances.

We charge $25 international shipping fee. 

 

Please note, if you are shipping to an address outside of Australia, the recipient will be responsible for any Duties/Taxes that are incurred by that country’s Customs.
